How many times have you wanted to change something in your life and have not you done it one way or another? Change does not come easily. Many of us think that change is terrifying. Something that should be avoided. Why? Because change requires us to give up what we know and ask ourselves to learn to do things differently. Doing things differently requires energy and commitment. So How can we change? What is the biggest obstacle to changing something? What do we need to change? Follow the processes to change.

Consider learning a new language - Habit and old language? We do not go for anything to change our mind, which prevents us from being innocent and clean when learning something new. The biggest hurdle to changing is an old way of working; the old way of understanding something.

Some Steps to Prepare and Plan for Changing

Step 1 - View the calendar for the next month and select the start and end date for your goal.

Step 2 – Figure out what assets I need for my commitment to lose 10- 15 pound this month, Example I say that I will practice at least 4 sessions every week.

Step 3 - Decide how to measure your progress on the path I will use the scale to measure my progress because it is amendable.

Step 4 - Get a weekly review of my habits / progress / steps; analyze what worked for me and what did not work.

Step 5 - Wrap it down - at the end of 30 days, review the details I have given, what I have learned about myself and about this goal, and have decided what I want to do next.
